I've used worlds that I didn't have all the packs for before without major issues.Īlso, you could go on the exchange do an advanced search for worlds and filter by date, the older ones will use BG only or very few early packs. I also really like Brightwater Bay by Rope which manages to use 8 packs despite being empty, but I imagine it might work fine with less, and will mainly be spawners that are impacted.
Hylewood by Nilxis is one of my favourite empty worlds, and there is a bigger version available on Mod the Sims but it still requires 5 or 6 packs.
The most likely major issues would be diving lots without IP or bridges which often require SN or LN.

Using an empty world and adding in lots that work with the packs you want to use might be a better bet than using completed worlds, or just download a world which uses more packs, and see if it works for you. I also like Glendalough by NeuroticRobotic which requires WA, Amb and LN. Redwood Harbour original requires only Ambitions and Generations. Winchester Farming Community original version only requires WA. My Sim Realty has a few to look through and also makes great quality worlds, but with the same problem where they usually require one of the packs you don't want to use. She has quite a few worlds that don't need too many packs, so maybe have a look through her blog- she makes great quality worlds, and you can download older versions that use fewer packs. It is also a tiny deserted island though. Rflong has a great desert island called Isola Isle that requires WA, Isle of Sims that uses WA, LN and Ambitions and Mountain Lake is a lovely little world that uses 6 packs. I use Ciane's fixed world for Isla Paradiso instead and that works fine.Īnyway, my favourite world creators are Rflong, Nilxis and My Sim Realty. The packs themselves work fine, it's the graphics, stuck animals, tourists and faulty world that cause crashes with each of them. Not sure what it is about them that crashes your game, but you could try disabling rain/hail effects with seasons, using NRAAS register to turn off wild animals and limit tourists, and just never loading up the world that comes with island paradise. Unfortunately those packs usually include some of the expansions you have listed above as not wanting to use. I don't know about many base game only worlds I'm afraid, but there are worlds that require only a few packs.
